- Mobile installation: Requires proper grounding for best SWR. Tested performance shows excellent results on vehicle mounting. Additional car body bonding is recommended for further improvement.
- Non-vehicle installation: For base station use, a ground radial system is required. At 28 MHz, we recommend using at least 4 radials, each 2.5 meters (8.2 ft) long, to maximize communication efficiency.
